Tom Stuart Construction (TSC) has been involved in commercial and industrial construction for the past 30 years. TSC is one of the largest Commercial Contractors in Utah in both total dollar volume and total number of permits issued.
What We Do
- TSC is Utah's Largest and most experienced Concrete Tilt-up contractor in the state. Concrete work includes: laser screed guided flat work, curb & gutter, footings, screen walls & tilt-panel erection.

- Sewer, water, fire lines, storm drains, trench drains & public utility lines.
- Steel & wood stud framing.
- Hanging, taping & finishing.
- Interior & exterior walls.
- This relatively new technology sandwiches rigid insulation in-between concrete translating into a thermal mass, or the thermal fly-wheel effect. This process can translate into an R-Value of up to 38 and can significantly reduce costs by providing a stable thermal environment.
